These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern access to and use of AskGrAIce, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Retirement Innovation Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Advisor-Only Access: AskGrAIce is intended for use by licensed professionals (financial advisors, firm admins, and authorized assistants). End clients do not create or maintain login accounts.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under your account.
Credit Model: Access to AskGrAIce services is granted through pre-purchased assessment credits. One credit activates one client assessment.
Validity: Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Top-Ups & Upgrades: Additional credits may be purchased at discounted rates depending on your current plan. You may upgrade your plan at any time.
Non-Transferability: Credits are associated with your account and may not be transferred between users or firms without written approval.
No Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable once assessments are activated.
AI-Generated Insights: AskGrAIce uses anonymized client inputs to generate insights via OpenAI's Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure.
Data Handling: No personally identifiable information is transmitted to third-party AI providers. Results are stored in a secure, cloud-based enterprise-level database.
Advisors may download PDFs and export client data. Expanded export features are under development.
AskGrAIce is accessible worldwide and designed to comply with data privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
By using AskGrAIce, you confirm that you have the legal right to access and process client data under your local jurisdiction.
White-Labeling & Branding: Plans may include branded assessments and custom setup services.
Marketing Usage: By using AskGrAIce, you grant us the right to feature your firm's name, logo, and testimonials in our marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
"Powered by AskGrAIce" branding may appear on select features by default.
Ownership: All platform software, reports, logic, and documentation are owned by Retirement Innovation Lab.

As-Is Service: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee of accuracy or applicability of AI-generated responses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal risk.
Upon termination, any unused credits will expire, and data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users via email or platform notification and update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
